Delivery Oversight & Advisory Retainer

Ongoing support for firms that need senior AI judgement during supplier selection, implementation, or the next phase of their AI roadmap.

This is best suited to clients who have already completed a strategy or supplier engagement, or who already have delivery in motion and want an experienced independent voice in the room.

What a retainer can include

Regular advisory calls and async support between sessions
Supplier challenge and independent decision support
RFP and proposal review
Governance and policy support
Delivery oversight during third-party implementation
Attendance at key demos, workshops, and checkpoint meetings
Strategy updates as priorities evolve

Commercial note: Minimum term is three months. Final scope and cadence are agreed before work begins.

Supplier Solution Review

An independent, written assessment of a proposal or demonstration you've received from a vendor. We tell you what's solid, what's oversold, and what questions you should be asking before you sign anything.

Test Plan Review

A review of a UAT or acceptance testing plan provided by a supplier, assessed against your requirements and expectations. Ensures you're testing the right things before you sign off.
